Green My Experience ("GME", "we", "us"), part of the Overview Effect™ portfolio, runs this academy and the related courses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you create an account, enroll, or contact us we collect your name, email address, the organization you represent, and the courses you enroll in along with your progress through them.
We also collect basic technical data — device, browser, and usage patterns — to keep the site working and to understand which content is useful.
Course platform and payments
Course accounts, content delivery, and progress tracking run on Thinkific, our learning-platform provider. When you enroll, the relevant account data is processed by Thinkific under their own terms.
Payments are handled by Thinkific’s payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details. We retain only the metadata needed to confirm a purchase (amount, date, products).
How we use your data
To give you access to the courses you bought, to support you, to send service messages about your account, and — only if you opt in — to share occasional updates. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to info@greenmyexperience.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
