These terms govern your use of the Green My Experience academy and its courses. By creating an account or enrolling, you agree to them. Please read the short version below.
Accounts and access
You need an account to take our courses. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Team purchases assign one seat per person; seats are for the named learner and are not meant to be shared.
Purchases, seats and pricing
Prices are shown on the site and charged at checkout through our course platform. Team pricing applies per-seat tiers as displayed. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Refunds
[legal] Our refund terms for self-paced digital courses will be confirmed in the reviewed version. Until then, contact us about any purchase concern and we will work it out fairly.
Use of course content
Course materials, templates, and graphics are owned by GME (or its licensors) and provided for your own learning and your team’s internal use. You may use the templates in your work; you may not resell, redistribute, or publish the course content itself.
Certificates
We issue a certificate of completion for our own independent training. This is not a third-party-issued certification, and completion does not by itself confer any external accreditation. Where content is aligned with frameworks such as GSTC or GRI, that alignment is described as such and nothing more.
Third-party platform
Courses are delivered through Thinkific. Your use of that platform is also subject to Thinkific’s terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on platforms we do not control.
Disclaimers and liability
Our courses are educational. They support your sustainability work but do not guarantee any specific certification, audit outcome, or regulatory result. [legal] The full limitation-of-liability and governing-law clauses will be set in the reviewed version.
